About Me
Hi, I'm Mohnish, a Machine Learning Engineer based in San Francisco, CA. As an aesthete at the intersection of design and development, I specialize in building elegant, functional software. I thrive on turning
complex problems into beautiful, AI-driven solutions.
My current work is centered on the development of AI Agents. I am passionate about building autonomous, goal-oriented systems that can perceive complex environments and reason through tasks, bridging the gap between static
code and proactive, intelligent interaction.
My hobbies include stargazing, car-camping, solo-travel, and playing guitar. I also enjoy watching sitcoms and romcoms.

BioAgent: Metabolic Research Assistant
Engineered a LangGraph agent to automate RNA-seq analysis and protein profiling. Integrates Human Protein Atlas API , PubMed search, and Python REPL as custom tools with multithreaded batch processing.
Project LinkGPU Model Classification
Built a PySpark ML pipeline for multi-class classification using MLflow. Applied correlation analysis and class weighting to handle imbalance, achieving a 0.92 F1-score with Random Forest.

An enhanced video lecture summary is generated using LLM and supplemental reading material realated to the video lecture content.
Project LinkForest Fire Detection System
It uses AI to identify forest fires and also detects human presence to help in search and rescue missions.
